29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) A) Exterior, On Roof of house: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while engaged in roofing work on the roof of a house without a means of fall protection in place, on or about February 23rd, 2017. Jose Roofing & Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1214173, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Roberts Road in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
