29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to provide a clean and sanitary condition for all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces. On or about February 22, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards when dust was permitted to accumulate in thicknesses greater than 1/4 inch on a pipe on the wall located above the electrical panels. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
