29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed. On 2/16/17, at the Flowery Branch, Georgia facility, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the Lockout program. Deficiencies were found in the procedures including: not identifying all energies, incorrect magnitudes of energies, not including Authorized employees in the periodic inspection, and not including group lockout procedures in the program. Elringklinger USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949706, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/4/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4961 Golden Parkway, Buford, Georgia.
