29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) Exterior of Building - West Facade: Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while engaged in framing activities from a job made wooden platform/box lifted by an all terrain forklift, on or about 2/16/17 John Prevete Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1173047, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/27/17, with respect to a workplace located at 600 Lackawanna Ave., Woodland Park NJ.
