29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: The employer failed to ensure that fire extinguishers were mounted at the following locations: A. At the entrance, by the office, a Sentry ABC fire extinguisher was sitting on the floor. B. By the sprinkler system riser #3, an Amerex ABC fire extinguisher was sitting on the floor. C. By the Accu-Charger battery charger, an ABC fire extinguisher was sitting on the electrical transformer.
