On or about January 19, 2017, in the area above the break room: The employer stored materials, including but not limited to pool lounge chairs that weigh 100 pounds each and employees go up on the roof to place and retrieve materials. Employees in the break room were exposed to the struck by hazard when the load carrying capacity of the roof is unknown.
