29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was provided with the minimal depth in the direction of access to live parts as indicated in Table S-1: Mixing Room- On or about January 31, 2017 employees operating mixers 2 and 7 were exposed to fire hazards when the electrical disconnect box was not provided with adequate clearance as described in Table S-1.
