29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) On or about January 18, 2017 the employer did not ensure that scaffolding were fully planked while employees were engaged in the plastering of two homes. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 10 feet. JF Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 524699, citation number 01, item number 001A and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Canutillo Palms, Bldg. 32, El Paso, TX 79835. JF Plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 477458, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Canutillo Palms, Bldg. 32, El Paso, TX 79835.
