29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift. (a) Jobsite - Employees were exposed to an ejection hazard while working in the JLG aerial lift without a full body harness and lanyard connected to the lift. Monster Contracting LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 106475, citation number 01, item number 006, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/12, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Bradley Street, Manchester, NH, 03103.
