29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during the operating cycle(s): a) Production Department- On December 21, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation on each Multipress machine was guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. b) IRECO Machining Center-7300 BLDG- On or about September 1, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the Wirop Industrial Co., Ltd. Hydraulic Presses were guarded in a manner that would prevent employees from inadvertent contact with the point of operation during the operating cycle.
