29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. (a) SE Corner of the Concession Stand - On or about November 15, 2016 two employees were exposed to fall, struck-by, and crushing hazards while riding on an platform used as a scaffold. This pallet was elevated by a Caterpillar TH63 Forklift serial no. R-167. The pallet was not attached to the forklift. COLEMAN HAMMONS CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(C)(2)(V) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1083897 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON AUGUST 18, 2015 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 527 SPRINGRIDGE RD, CLINTON, MS 39056.
