29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: On or about November 9, 2016, at Ludwig Buildings Enterprises, LLC, the company did not have a list of hazardous chemicals known to be present in the work place such as but not limited to: Royal Coatings, shop primer. Employees used the shop primer on a daily basis.
