29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) Southwest Aisle and Middle Bay Aisle, Grocery Receiving, 355 Lincoln Avenue, East Stroudsburg, PA - Obstructions in aisles between metal storage rack systems created by the haphazard placement of merchandise, boxed merchandise, and pallets with merchandise exposed employees working to tripping and same level fall hazards, as observed on or about November 8, 2016. The Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 896495, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Colony Place, Plymouth, MA 02360.
