29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from lacerations and punctures: (a) Great White Pressure Control LLC, Well Ranch BB01-655, WCR 67 and 68, Gill, CO 80624: On and before October 5, 2016 the employer did not ensure employees used appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to lacerations and punctures while handling tubing, tools, and equipment. Employees were using cotton gloves instead for example of impact cut-resistant gloves. This condition exposed employees to laceration and puncture hazards.
