29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: 64 University Ave., Westwood, MA - Jobsite On or about October 27, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 13.5 feet, to the concrete below, where fall protection was not used or provided. I Con Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Fall protection 1926.501 (b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1163457, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/1/16, with respect to a workplace located at 5120 Dixie Hwy., Fairfield, OH 45014.
