29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(I): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: Crown Textile Services Acquisition, LLC - Toledo, Ohio: On or about August 30, 2016, the employer did not adequately conduct periodic inspections of energy control procedures of the G.A. Braun Washer #3 (model 400 NTDP-2; s/n NTDP 40090120). Inspections did not include a review of the energy control procedures between the inspector and authorized employee(s). Crown Textile Services Acquisition, LLC dba NuCentury Textile Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 190551, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Southard Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43604.
