29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": (a) Sales floor: On or about October 13, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards when the designated emergency exit was not marked by a sign reading "Exit". DOLLAR TREE STORES INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 992095 CIITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 01, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2721 BRONXWOOD AVE., BRONX, NY 10469.
