29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) 312 Old Goff Mountain Road: On or about October 12, 2016 and times prior, two day crew employees and two night crew employees were exposed to falls of approximately 15 feet 9 inches to ground while framing a parapet wall on the edge of a flat roof, with no fall protection.
