29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. a) Jobsite: Electronic Throttle Body department, CNC Max Table Top Milling Machine - The milling machine operator, and other employees, were exposed to flying debris hazards as the air hose used by the milling machine operator to clean milled Electronic Throttle Body parts was not reduced to less than 30 psi. Noted on or about 10/5/16. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1126263, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on (8/31/2016), with respect to a workplace located at 5660 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19120.
