29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Location - break area, left trailer On or about September 29, 2016, the exit door near General Manager's office leading to the exterior of the building was locked from the inside. Employees were exposed to delays in the event of a fire due to an Emergency Exit that has a dead bolt lock. There are two additional exit doors in the trailer.
