29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): a. On or about August 10, 2016, in the storage area in the back of the building, the employer failed to ensure that electrical extension cords were not run concealed and through gaps of the door frame, to prevent fire and employee exposure to electrical energy in the event of a fault.
