29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location: 3rd floor warehouse, soap room On or about 9/14/16, the employer did not develop and utilize energy control procedures to protect employees from the employees that perform servicing, maintenance, and change the hoses on the air-powered chemical transfer pump used for chemical transfers of LAC-100. National Fish and Seafood, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 552878, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 159 East Main Street, Gloucester, MA.
