29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about August 30, 2016, the employer did not develop, document and utilize a written specific procedure for controlling the hazardous energies such as but not limited to gravity for servicing and/or maintaining the line 41, #2 sugar receiver valves. J.M. SMUCKERS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR IT'S EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 925320, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 27, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1 STRAWBERRY LANE, ORRVILLE, OHIO 44667.
