29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite: The employer does not train employees in the recognition, evaluation and control of fall hazards associated with residential construction activities. This violation was most recently observed at the property of 9181 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 on 8/22/16 and 8/23/16 where employees engaged in framing activities 32 feet from the ground were not trained in fall protection. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must train each employee in the recognition of fall hazards and the procedures to minimize the hazards.
