29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: The employer does not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs to establish criteria for protecting employees from falling from heights hazards and struck by hazards. The lack of accident prevention programs was most recently observed on 8/17/2016, 2016 at the jobsite of a new construction project located at about 2150 Tuscany Ridge Ct, Maryville, IL 62062. The employees conducting residential roofing operations are exposed to the hazard of falling approximately thirteen (13) feet and exposed to struck-by hazards when using pneumatic nail guns without utilizing eye protection.
