29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) 18578-7 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 - On or about June 30, 2016, an employee was injured and admitted to the hospital. The employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization within twenty-hour (24) hours. The employer notified OSHA on August 18, 2016 of the in-patient hospitalization. The TJX Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1089449, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 730 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL. The TJX Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1089725, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/11/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 316 East Meighan Boulevard, Gadsden, AL.
