29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident The employer is failing to report the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident within eight (8) hours. This was most recently documented on or about August 12, 2016 at a Briggs Traditional Turf Farms worksite located at 9474 Leslie Ave, Kansas City, Missouri. The employer failed to report the fatality of an employee. The employee had been clocked-out due to illness and was later found deceased on a pile of gravel, in direct sunlight, near the worksite.
