29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: (a) Pre-Cast Building - On or about August 4, 2016 employer failed to report within 24 hours the hospitalization of an employee that was injured while fixing the over head gantry crane that resulted in him being admitted to the hospital on July 12, 2016.
