29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On or about July 28, 2016, a conveyor on Line #1 located in the main molding building between the re-saw and molding machine did not have the ingoing nip points on the conveyor guarded to keep employees from accessing the danger area while inspecting wood for quality and ensuring it is feeding the molder properly. Menzner Lumber and Supply Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1019615, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Main St. Marathon, WI 54448
