29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. (a) Location - Wingate at Andover On or about 6/23/16, an employee was hospitalized with a work related injury and the employer did not report the hospitalization for 6 days. Health Care Services Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109168, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/2/16, with respect to a workplace located at 701 Victoria Street, Brandon, FL.
