29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: On or about June 29, 2016, the employer did not keep work stations and surfaces such as walls, floors, rafters, and electrical panels clean from the build up of wood dust. Norton Industries, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062769, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1366 West 117th Street Lakewood, OH 44107.
