Ken Stanley DBA A+ previously committed a willful violation of this standard on June 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 481 High Street, Somersworth, NH which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980629. Ken Stanley DBA A+ previously committed a serious violation of this standard on January 6, 2004, with respect to a workplace located at 338 Route 4, Northwood, NH, 03261which was contained in OSHA inspection number 306944810. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure employees are protected from head injury with adequate head protection. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including and explanation of how these steps protect employees from head injury.
