29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): (a) Throughout the facility; Powered industrial vehicles were allowed to be put into service that had damages tires, seat cushions and inoperable controls. Dedicated Logistics, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.178 (p)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 642458, citation number 1, item number 3b and affirmed as final order through an expedited informal settlement agreement entered on November 02, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1450-B Remington Blvd, Bolingbrook, Il.
