29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Jobsite, 156 La Belle Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about May 13, 2016, an employee is exposed to potential head injury(s) because he is not wearing a hard hat to protect himself from the impact of falling objects while working on the ground as employees were installing shingles on a roof 35-40 feet above.
