29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: On or about May 16, 2016, Employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards while walking in the aisle ways near, M#2, M#5, and M#6 and on the dryer tops, due to the accumulation of water. Viscofan USA, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059911 citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 915 Michigan Avenue, Danville, IL 61832.
