29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Scott Depot: On or about April 11, 2016 and times prior, employees were setting trusses on a series of car wash bays and were not protected from falls that measured approximately 14 feet from edge to ground.
