29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: In the production areas, restrooms were not kept clean or in a sanitary conditions and all trash cans in and around the restrooms were overflowing and not emptied regularly. Employees were exposed to unsanitary health hazards. The Turner Company, LLP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984276, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/28/15, with a final abatement date of 01/23/15, with respect to a workplace located at 11049 S U.S. Highway 287 Rhome, TX 76078.
