29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). On or about April 1, 2016, employees engaged in decking activities of an apartment complex were not using any method of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall from a height greater than six (6) feet. MPS Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975239 (Perales Construction Company), citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 19501 N. MPS Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952376, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6205 157th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73113.
