29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator is fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator is used, and at least annually thereafter: a) In the Facility, on or about March 9, 2016 - The employer did not provide a fit test to an employee who is required to use a tight fitting respirator in a regulated area within the workplace. Amerway, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection 315558668, citation number 1, Item 2b and was affirmed as a final order on November 8, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 3701 Beale Avenue, Altoona, PA 16601.
