29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: On or about February 25, 2016, employees were exposed to fire hazards when the fire extinguishers were not inspected on a monthly basis to insure that they had not been discharged, that they were mounted properly, that they were not blocked, and that they were identified. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
