29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: Employees performing roofing work on the 6:12 pitch roof are not protected from a 22 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protections system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on February 25, 2016, when employees were working on a residential roof at 102 Costa Del Sol, Saint Augustine, Florida 32085 without fall protection and were exposed to a 22 feet fall hazard.
