29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with operating or working near forklifts in operation. The most recent occurrence of this was found at the facility located at 9620 S. Railroad Ave, Bridgeport, NE 69336 where the employer has employees operating the Nissan 50 propane forklift as a means of moving pallets of product throughout the facility without having a legible data plate with weight capacity limitations installed on the lift.
