29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(iii): Written programs shall be submitted upon request to the Assistant Secretary and the Director, and shall be available at the worksite for examination and copying by the Assistant Secretary, Director, any affected employee or authorized employee representatives: (a) In the Bullet Trap, Inc. facility, where the employer did not make available at the worksite the written lead compliance program for examination by the Assistant Secretary, Director, and any affected employee or authorized representatives. Bullet Trap, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1025(e)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014965, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2015.
