29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) In the break area a Tripp Lite Super 7 Plus TEL re-locatable power tap (RPT), being used to furnish current to a Bunn coffee maker model BX-B was series connected to an orange extension cord in violation of listing and labeling instructions that RPT's must be connected directly into a permanently installed circuit. The U.S. Postal service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection 1068378, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a Final order on February 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace at 401 4th Street NW, Attalla, AL 35954.
