29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: At the Altamont Ambulance Service facilities in Altamont, Effingham, and Vandalia, Illinois, employees such as but not limited to Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics were occupationally exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials during the course of providing emergency medical services and the employer did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure for employees.
