29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Second floor breezeway, Section 5: On or about January 22, 2016, employees with no fall protection were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet in height to the ground level below, when working at the edge of the open sided floor, which was not provided with guard rails, while pulling a concrete hose. b. Third floor breezeway, Section 5: On or about January 27, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees with no fall protection were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet in height to the ground level below, when kneeling at the edge of the open sided floor, while installing waterproofing membrane and a T-bar.
