29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident. a. On or about 01/04/2016, Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Building Addition, Ft. Buchanan, PR: The employer fail to report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA as required by the standard. Note: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer within 24 hours of the inspection.
