29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet: On or about January 6, 2016, employees in the facility were exposed to a fire hazard when acetylene and propane gas cylinders were stored with oxygen cylinders without be separated by a minimum distance of 20 feet. MACHINERY MAINTENANCE REBUILDERS, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.253(B)(4)(III), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1051081, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 9B, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 2, 2015, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF JUNE 1, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED 6927 BRITTMOORE ROAD, HOUSTON, TX 77041.
