29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about December 21, 2015, Premier Roofing Company, LLC, as a controlling and exposing employer, did not ensure Walter Construction, LTD protected their employees from falls in excess of six feet, while they were in the process of re-roofing a residential building. An employee of Premier Roofing Company, LLC was also exposed to falls in excess of six feet from the roof. (a) On or about December 23, 2015, Premier Roofing Company, LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Walter Construction, LTD protected their employees from falls in excess of six feet, while they were in the process of re-roofing a residential building. Premier Roofing Company, LLC was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 946469, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 548 Fox Run Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80921. Premier Roofing Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 106493, Citation 1, Item 3, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 11365 Cranston Avenue, Peyton, CO 80831.
