29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: a.) Edge Plastics, Inc. located at 449 Newman St. Mansfield, OH 44902; On or about December 18, 2015, the employer did not assure the capacity plate on the Nissan #3 LP forklift was affixed to the forklift. Employees are required to use the forklift in the shipping and receiving area for loading and unloading trucks and are exposed to hazards from overloading the forklift.
